Individual programme. A confirmed Norva account may join the individual Partners programme wherever Norva makes the service available. Cash transfers are a separate supervised pilot, currently limited by jurisdiction and account cohort. This is not currently a business/KYB programme, a job, an investment product or a promise of income.

1. Eligibility, joining and optional payout verification

You must be an individual who is old enough and has the legal capacity to enter this agreement in your country, and you must provide accurate account information. Joining Norva Partners, receiving your referral link, attribution, commission accrual and maturation, and converting an available balance into Norva access do not require identity verification, KYC, a tax profile or a supported bank-transfer corridor. Norva may still hold or close an account where required by law or supported by a documented account-security, sanctions or fraud signal. A company or person acting for a company cannot join this pilot.

If you later choose a cash payout, that separate payout path is available only after Norva's server confirms that your account belongs to the current cash cohort and that Norva has enabled a supported corridor. Before this confirmation, Norva does not request your payout country, identity, tax profile or banking destination. Before a transfer, you must complete the individual identity, age, country and capacity checks shown in the product, provide the required tax information and configure an eligible payout destination. The hosted identity check is provided by Didit. The business/KYB path is not offered in this pilot.

2. Referral links and disclosure

Your link and QR code are personal, revocable and may not be sold or transferred. Whenever you share them, you must keep Norva's current disclosure next to the link so that a prospective customer understands that you may receive a commission. You must not hide the disclosure, promise guaranteed savings or earnings, impersonate Norva, use misleading advertising, spam, bid on protected Norva brand terms where prohibited, or promote unlawful media access.

This is a one-tier direct-referral programme. You must not create or operate a sub-affiliate, downline or multi-level network; receive or promise compensation for recruitment alone; charge an entry fee; require a Norva purchase or subscription to join; or make any mandatory purchase a condition of earning. Commission is based only on the eligible subscription payments of a customer directly attributed to your personal link under the server rules below.

Minimum disclosure for an English-speaking audience: “Advertising — Norva partner link · I may receive 20% of eligible Norva payments excluding tax. Earnings are not guaranteed. Norva is a media player; no content or TV subscription is included.”

Minimum disclosure for a French audience: “Publicité — lien partenaire Norva · Je peux recevoir 20 % des paiements Norva éligibles hors taxes. Les gains ne sont pas garantis. Norva est un lecteur multimédia ; aucun contenu ni abonnement TV n’est inclus.”

The disclosure must be clear and conspicuous, in the same language and close to the link or recommendation, before a person acts on it. A label such as “affiliate link” by itself is not enough where the audience may not understand it. Video, live and audio promotions must also disclose the relationship in the promotion itself in a form the audience can perceive. You remain responsible for any additional advertising rule that applies where you publish.

3. Attribution

A click creates only a short-lived, opaque referral claim. The pilot attribution window is 30 days. Attribution occurs only after the referred person authenticates and the server validates the current attribution window, account eligibility, self-referral, duplicate and abuse rules. Pairing or scanning a TV QR code is a relay to a trusted phone/browser and is not, by itself, an attribution or payment event. KYC is not part of attribution. Norva's server ledger is authoritative.

4. Commission

The pilot rate is 20% of eligible Norva subscription payments received from a valid attributed customer while that customer and the partner remain eligible under the active programme version. The base is the amount actually paid after discounts and excluding tax, before deducting Google Play, RevenueCat, Revolut or bank fees. “Eligible” excludes refunds, chargebacks, disputed or fraudulent transactions and any item the applicable programme schedule expressly excludes. No amount is payable when the amount paid, tax, currency/exponent, transaction lineage or another required authoritative fact is missing. A separately itemized discount is optional context and is never subtracted twice from a store total that already reflects it.

A commission starts as pending and ordinarily matures no earlier than 45 days after the underlying eligible payment. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, duplicate provider events and corrections may create a counter-entry before or after maturation or payout. A negative balance may be offset against future valid commissions, subject to applicable law.

Optional Norva access credit. Once commission is available, you may request a server-issued quote and irreversibly convert the quoted part of that available balance into a fixed period of Norva access. The quote shows the server-authoritative balance currency, amount, plan, duration and expiry before you confirm. No KYC, tax profile, payout corridor or USD 10.00 cash threshold is required for this conversion.

A Norva access credit is contractually limited to a Norva service entitlement. It cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, used to pay another person or redeemed for cash, and Norva does not present it as a bank/payment account or general-purpose payment instrument. This factual product description does not predetermine its legal classification under the law that applies to an individual case. Once the access grant is issued, the conversion is final and the converted commission is removed from the available cash balance. If another active Norva subscription already grants access, the credit grant may remain queued or paused so that its unused duration is preserved. A provider refund, chargeback, reversal, duplicate event or fraud correction on the underlying subscription still creates the corresponding ledger counter-entry. If the commission was already converted, the correction may create a recovery-due or negative commission balance that Norva may offset against future valid commissions; it does not turn the access credit into cash. Norva may restore the debited balance or correct the grant only where the conversion was duplicated, invalid or the promised access could not be delivered.

5. Payouts and tax

A cash payout is optional and separate from membership and access-credit conversion. Payouts begin only after Norva includes the account in the supervised cash cohort, enables them for your jurisdiction, the minimum threshold is reached, the maturation period has elapsed, the Didit verification remains valid, and the required individual tax and tokenized payout profile and supported corridor are complete. The worldwide reference minimum is USD 10.00 (1,000 minor units). If your supported settlement currency is not USD, the applicable programme version fixes and displays an exact threshold in that currency; Norva does not silently convert ledger balances. A Google Play payment or local settlement remains recorded in its authoritative currency. The available currency, provider, timing and exact currency-specific threshold are shown before you accept the applicable programme version. Commission made available in the ledger, cash paid and Norva access received in exchange for commission may be taxable or reportable remuneration, including a benefit in kind. Norva conservatively records the authoritative currency and value and may provide an annual summary. You are responsible for the registrations, invoices, declarations and taxes that apply to your activity. Norva may require a tax-residence declaration, supporting information, withholding or reporting where legally required; none of those steps is an identity-document or biometric KYC check unless you separately choose cash.

For the initial supported corridors, individual payouts are executed through Revolut Business. Norva prepares an exact payout batch and unique transfer reference; an authorized Finance operator validates and enters the transfer in Revolut, and Norva settles the commission ledger only after separate reconciliation against completed statement evidence. Payout-provider and sending-bank transfer fees charged to Norva for a supported route are paid by Norva and are not deducted from your commission or expected payout amount. An unexpected intermediary or receiving-bank deduction keeps the payout unresolved until Finance documents and corrects it. This operational workflow does not change your displayed commission amount.

You may stop before Didit capture or withdraw consent for any new biometric verification. Withdrawal prevents a new hosted biometric check and blocks all cash transfers while consent remains withdrawn. It does not end membership, deactivate a referral link, cancel an attribution, stop commission accrual or maturation, or prevent an available balance from being converted into Norva access. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully performed or records that must be retained under the rules below.

6. Holds, reversals and programme integrity

Norva may hold a commission or payout while investigating a concrete fraud, sanctions, account-takeover, duplicate-attribution or payment-dispute signal. Administrative actions must be audited and role-limited. Norva will not treat a missing provider configuration or an exhausted free KYC quota as proof of fraud. Where reasonably possible, you will be told the public reason and the next available step without exposing security controls.

7. Changes, suspension and closure

Norva may change future programme terms, rates or availability with notice appropriate to the change and applicable law. A new version is not retroactively applied to an already recorded eligible payment. You may stop sharing your link and request closure. Norva may suspend or close participation for a material breach, legal requirement or documented abuse. Valid, matured amounts remain subject to the rules and legal obligations in force for those entries. If a payout, return or recovery is still open, account deletion may remain pending only for the time needed to complete that account-specific financial closure; Support will provide the available next step.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the referral claim, attribution, financial and access-credit ledger, optional hosted payout verification, tax/payout records, retention and providers. Didit is used only when you choose the cash-payout path and provides that hosted verification under its Verification Privacy Notice and End User Terms for Identity Verification. Norva obtains the required notice confirmation before redirecting you and does not copy identity-document images or biometric captures into its database.

9. No guarantee and liability

Results depend on valid referrals and actual eligible payments. Norva does not guarantee traffic, conversions, revenue or a particular payout date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing terms and contact

Your electronic acceptance, the immutable programme version and Norva's timestamped account record form the written agreement for this programme. The agreement records the parties, promotional service, remuneration method, programme duration, rights, obligations and applicable law. Keep the durable copy offered above. If information required for a written French commercial-influence contract is incomplete, Norva may require it before further remuneration or benefits are made available.

These Partners Terms supplement the Terms of Service. Mandatory protections in your country continue to apply. Norva is a trading name of Adrien Hernandez, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), RCS Paris 824 852 081, 270 rue de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris, France. Contact: [email protected].
